easy spinach quiche

I love a hearty breakfast dish, especially ones that are easy. Throw the ingredients together and something magical emerges when it it is done baking. You’ll need a glass pie dish for this recipe.

1 10-inch Pie crust, unbaked
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
5 Eggs, beaten

I’m Popeye the Sailor Man. Toot! Toot! I remember Popeye being one of my dad’s favorite characters. But even Popeye couldn’t get my dad to eat his spinach. Now my dad has warmed up to spinach and Allens actually has Popeye Spinach! Allens canned vegetables are loaded in vitamins, gluten free, low in sodium, heart healthy, Kosher, and GMO free! They are family owned right here in the USA. Allens has corn, mixed veggies, beans, and more.  I made Spinach Quiche and it really was easy! It smelled sooo good in the oven, I couldn’t wait for it to be done. Allens recipes will surely get my dad to eat his vegetables.

I love quiche. I make a spinach quiche too, but I never thought of putting red onion in it. Yum!
