Covergirl Flamed Out

As strong women, we can do anything we put our minds to, and COVERGIRL knows that #GirlsCan follow their dreams and turn any can’t into a can! I have overcome my fair share of obstacles, but the one I’m most proud of is my career. I started as a receptionist at a law firm. After 5 years, I wanted something more challenging. My employers were not willing to put me in a paralegal position even though I had been doing some paralegal work. I had to leave my comfort zone to move forward and I did. I got a job as a full-time paralegal in a fast-paced office and I am thriving. In fact, after posting my resume online, THEY sought ME out. Never underestimate your abilities!

This November, COVERGIRL is donating $50,000 to Dress for Success®, an international not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing  professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and life. Check out the link to learn more about the #GirlsCan campaign.

Whether you’re tackling an obstacle the day has thrown your way or you’re gearing up for a girls’ night out on the town, COVERGIRL can help keep you feeling empowered and beautiful.
