Crockpot White Wine & Mustard Steak

I am all about crockpot recipes. I love that I can throw ingredients in a pot and let it cook for hours while I clean and run errands. Here is a delicious recipe for Crockpot White Wine & Mustard Steak.

Crockpot Steak White Wine & Mustard

Ingredients:
Steak (I used 2 New York Strips)
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Steak Sauce
1/4 c. white wine

Directions:
1. Combine Dijon Mustard & Steak Sauce in bowl.
2. Spread mixture onto all sides of each piece of meat.
3. Place meat in crockpot and add 1/4 c. wine and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Steak lovers may give you some heat for not grilling the steak, but I love the flavor of this recipe. I did not have Dijon mustard so I substituted whole grain mustard and it worked for me. It pulls apart very easily but is still chewy. If you don’t mind that, this is a great steak recipe for you!
