  • Start a fitness plan

It may not seem the most logical thing to do when you have a busy schedule, but starting a fitness plan is perhaps even more important when life gets hectic. This way, you’ll know exactly what you’re supposed to be doing and when without making any excuses as to why exercise is at the very end of your to-do list.
