Summer is here and I’m dreaming of margaritas on the patio with some delicious Mexican food. But when I am in relaxation mode, I do not feel like cooking. I love that Old El Paso makes frozen meals. You can now find Old El Paso Frozen entrees in the freezer aisle of your grocery store. Imagine coming home from a hard day at work and digging into your favorite Mexican dish only to find delicious ingredients you can actually see including steak, chicken and rice. Talk about convenient—it’s the savory Mexican taste you love, without the hassle and ready in minutes!
I am always skeptical of frozen meals, mainly because they never cook right or don’t seem to be as hearty as they look on the packaging. I was pleasantly surprised by Old El Paso frozen meals. I tried the steak quesadillas. They were full of cheese, big pieces of steak, and veggies. They actually spilled out when it cooked because they were so full. I was very satisfied after eating one quesadilla. They cook quickly and are so convenient, two things that are very important to me.
Have you tried Old El Paso frozen entrees before? Which is your favorite? Which one would you like to try? Let me know in the comments!

I love these. I like to keep some stashed in the freezer for last minute snacks.
