Do you ever see play dough or baking dough, and all you want to do is squeeze it? Why is it that we feel compelled to squish things? For me, it’s a stress reliever. Stress is actually a kind of energy that can be somewhat alleviated by physical release. Replenish, rejuvenate, and get back to center with Pinch Me Therapy Dough; a professionally developed, soft, pliable dough infused with calming aromatherapy. Massage between your fingers and feel the stress begin to fade away. The more you squeeze, the better you feel!

Pinch Me Therapy Dough comes in 6 different formulas: Spa, Tropics, Ocean, Beach, Earth, and For Men. Each dough is infused with spa-quality oils and soft, subtle hues to act as calming agents. I tried out the Spa formula. Soft and feminine, with just a hint of soothing lavender. The scent alone is calming for me, but I noticed that when I squeezed the dough in my hands, some of the oil was left behind to be absorbed by my skin, making the relaxing effect last longer.

I’d choose Spa. I used to squish my nieces play dough, but my hands stunk so bad I stopped doing it. Lol! Thank you 🙂

I would choose the Ocean. I live in South Dakota and I miss the smell of the Ocean.
