First, you are going to need a heavy duty blender, something that can handle ingredients with varying densities, including ice. I highly recommend the Ninja Chef™ High-Speed Blender.
I used to have a blender, a food processor, and a smoothie maker all sitting on my counter top. This beast of a blender replaces all 3 appliances, making space on my counter and making my life a little easier. I like to make multiple smoothies at the same time to prep my meals for the week. This blender has quite a large capacity that makes it easy to make my weekly smoothies in one go.
The Ninja Chef™ High-Speed Blender features a 1500-watt advanced motor system, next-generation high-speed blade design, 10 pre-set Auto-iQ® programs, and Ninja’s widest variable speed range, designed to power through tough ingredients and avoid bogging down.
10 Auto-iQ Programs allow you to just select a setting and go: Flour/Mill, Frozen Drink, Extract, Smoothie, Soup*, Ice Cream, Puree, Dips/Salsa, Dressing, Nut Butter.
Manual Programs for when you want to take over control: Pulse, Manual (Speed Levels 1-10).
