Pure & Essential Minerals Dead Sea Mud Facial Mask Review

I recently added mud masks to my beauty regiment and have tried a few different brands. Pure & Essential Minerals Dead Sea Mud Facial Mask is one of the brands I have tried. The mud mask reduces excess oils and minimizes pores, two things that I am always trying to do. My face is somewhat oily and it doesn’t help that I touch my face a lot. I also have large pores and get painful breakouts.
This mud mask is different than the other masks I have tried. This one is a lighter gray color and did not turn green on my face like the others. You only need to apply a thin layer and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
As the facial mud mask dries, it opens up pores and pulls out excess oils, toxins, blackheads and pore-clogging pollutants. It infuses pores with a high concentration of minerals from Dead Sea mud. All natural and organic ingredients include: Pure Dead Sea Mud, Organic Shea Butter, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Aloe Vera Juice, Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Jojoba Oil, Hickory Bark Extract, Organic Calendula Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Filtered Water, Xanthan Gum. I love that it includes essential oils.
You remove the mask with lukewarm water and can immediately feel the different. After using the mask, my skin felt cool and fresh. The only thing I did not enjoy was the smell. Oddly enough, I thought it smelled like a potent whiskey! So strange.
