Stitch Fix #8 Review + Giveaway
What is Stitch Fix? It’s pretty simple. Stitch Fix is a monthly subscription styling service. It costs $20 per box, which covers the styling fee. You try on the clothes, keep the ones you like, return the ones you don’t. Pay for the items you keep and the $20 styling fee gets applied to that cost. Easy, right?! You can sign up here.
Your Stitch Fix stylist includes a styling card to show how you can wear each item, and a personalized note just for you.
My stylist, Brookelyn, just seems to GET me. I had a 5/5 box! I kept everything, which is awesome because when you keep all 5 items, you get a 20% discount!
41Hawthorn Shara Herringbone Vest – $68 [Keep]
This vest is most commonly known to Stitch Fix lovers as “The Vest” because it is so popular and everyone talks about it. I actually wanted it so badly that I found a look-a-like on another website. It is a different color and has a little bit of different detail. The 41Hawthorn one definitely fits better and is made of thicker material.
I am so in love with this vest, can’t you tell??
Here’s a side view. I just love the cut of the vest.
41Hawthorn McQue Solid Lace Sleeve Blouse – $48 [Keep]
I had seen this shirt on Pinterest and wasn’t really interested in it. I thought the sleeves looked funny. But how many times have I been surprised when I tried something on and it wasn’t at all like what I thought.
I love this shirt!! All it needs is a statement necklace and I’m ready to go out. The sleeves are just amazing. The lace detail is beautiful.
Pixley Avi Open Drape Cardigan – $78 [Keep]
I usually don’t go for the loud geometric patterns. But I’m a sucker for anything warm and cozy. This cardigan is just that. I could get lost in it reading a good book and sipping a warm drink.
I like that it is longer than waist length, too. It’s the perfect length in back for my body type.
THML Colinda Sheer V-Neck Sweater – $58 [Keep]
This is a sweater that I had seen on another blog and pinned immediately to my Stitch Fix board. Who knew sweaters could be sexy?
Va va voom! I’m a pretty modest person in that I don’t show off a lot of skin. Actually I don’t show off much skin at all. So this sweater was the perfect compromise of conservative and sexy.
41Hawthorn Presley Colorblock Button-Back Sweater – $68 [Keep]
I love the button-back look. It’s like business in the front and party in the back.
I really like colorblocking because it’s a good way to have different dimensions to a piece of clothing without being a loud pattern.
I kind of want this sweater in every color possible.
So that was my fix! I saved $80 by buying all 5 pieces. What did you think of my fix?
