Weight Loss Journal - Week 4

May the fourth be with you! Sorry I am a day late in posting this journal entry. I am now on week 4 of my weight loss challenge. My goal for the third week was to limit my daily chocolate intake at the office to 2 pieces. I mostly succeeded in this. I must have just been sick of chocolate, because some days I did not even have one piece. However, I gained weight this week. Instead of chocolate at the office, I turned to ice cream at home. What I have learned in my first 3 weeks is that there is not one single change you can make to facilitate weight loss. You must make many changes. These changes might not happen all at once, as it takes time to create good habits. But I have been able to reflect and identify my weaknesses, and that is valuable.

Week 4 is going to be even more challenging. I am going to combine the first 3 challenges and do all of them. 

Week 4 Challenge – no eating out, meal plan, and avoid chocolate at the office.

Week 1 (Starting) Weight – 191.2 lbs.
Week 2 Weight – 188.4 lbs
Week 3 Weight – 189.4 lbs
Week 4 Weight – 190.2 lbs.

Total Weight Loss – 1 lb
