Weight Loss Journal - Week 5

I am now on week 5 of my weight loss challenge. My goal for the fourth week was to combine the first 3 challenges and do all of them. I avoided chocolate easily because we did not have any in the office. I failed at not eating out. It is also “that time of the month.” I switched scales as well, so there may be a discrepancy in the weight. I was selected to test a new scale that sends information from your scale to an app on your cell phone to track your weight. It is very cool. As part of the test, I have to weigh myself every day so I am very aware of how much my weight fluctuates. It is time to start incorporating fitness into my weight loss plan.

Week 5 Challenge – Go the to gym 3 days this week.

Week 1 (Starting) Weight – 191.2 lbs.
Week 2 Weight – 188.4 lbs
Week 3 Weight – 189.4 lbs
Week 4 Weight – 190.2 lbs
Week 5 Weight – 191.7 lbs

Total Weight Loss – 0.5 lb gain 🙁
