What I Love about Tampax Pocket Pearl

Tampons are a strange thing to love. I mean, that is such a strong word. But that is exactly what I am going to talk about in this blog post. How do I love Tampax Pocket Pearl? Let me count the ways. [FYI, it’s about to get real, so turn away if this subject makes you blush.]

Applicator – Once I switched to a plastic applicator many years ago, I never looked back. A cardboard applicator is biodegradable, but the plastic applicator is so easier and more comfortable to use. Sorry earth, in this very uncomfortable time, comfort wins.

Absorbency – If I could scream it from the mountain tops without getting weird looks, I would. Tampax has the best absorbency of any tampon in the market, hands down. This is the #1 thing on my list when it comes to finding the best tampon. I have tried numerous other brands. If you ever read the instructions, they say you shouldn’t use a tampon for more than 8 hours. With other brands, I can’t even go 4 hours without having to change my tampon. Tampax Pocket Pearl rocks my you know what!

Concealed Carry – Ha, see what I did there? Tampax Pocket Pearls are just a better version of your favorite Tampax tampons. This compact tampon fits nicely in your pocket or hand (or even bra – don’t judge), letting you walk to the bathroom discretely and confidently, without having to worry about anyone “catching” you on your monthly. They also fit nicely in smaller purses and clutches.

Pretty Wrapper – I realize the wrapper has no effect on the tampon itself, but how cute are they and how can you not love them? They are so colorful! And most likely, the shock of seeing so much color would throw people off if they caught you with one. So they provide a distraction, kind of like those moths that open up their wings to show a very colorful pattern to ward off their prey. Maybe that’s an exaggeration, but the point I’m making is that they are less embarrassing than the plain, crinkly wrappers.

Tampax gives you power over your periods so you have the power to get the most out of life. If you don’t believe me, try them out for yourself and see the difference!
