There is nothing better than a summer party, especially one that celebrates the US of A! The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays. From fireworks to barbecues with friends and family, this holiday is full of amazement and fun.

I love sipping on a refreshing cocktail, whether it be poolside or indoors during dinner. For this special day, I have created some festive cocktails with SVEDKA Vodka. SVEDKA is the imported vodka that brings friends together and unleashes the possibilities of tonight. Now available at your local store is the SVEDKA Limited Edition Stars & Stripes party packaging. As a proud American, I love that SVEDKA has designed this limited edition packaging.

Red, White & Blue Gelatin Shots

Ingredients
Red Gelatin
Blue Gelatin
Unflavored Gelatin
Sweetened Condensed Milk
SVEDKA Vodka
Shot glasses
Directions
First, decide how you want your colors layered. You will make only one layer at a time, until the layer is solid and ready for the next layer.
For the red and blue layers, the instructions are the same. Make the gelatin according to the instructions on the box with one exception. When it comes to adding cold water, only do half cold water and the other half vodka. So if it calls for 1 cup cold water, you will use 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup vodka.
For the white layer, pour 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of vodka into a bowl or container. Sprinkle 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin over the vodka. Let it stand for about two minutes. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the gelatin completely dissolves. Pour the sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
Pour your first layer into each shot glass. I found that using a baster makes this go very quickly without spilling. Each layer will need to cool for about 60-90 minutes to set before you can add the next layer.
