Eva, you get a box every month and are billed monthly, or you can buy 3 and 6 months up front. If you purchase before the 1st of the month, your box will ship by the 20th. For example, if you purchase today (12/4), your first box will be shipped by January 20. Special Edition boxes like the Neiman Marcus box cost extra and you purchase separately.
