I am always skeptical of frozen meals, mainly because they never cook right or don’t seem to be as hearty as they look on the packaging. I was pleasantly surprised by Old El Paso frozen meals. I tried the steak quesadillas. They were full of cheese, big pieces of steak, and veggies. They actually spilled out when it cooked because they were so full. I was very satisfied after eating one quesadilla. They cook quickly and are so convenient, two things that are very important to me.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the chicken burrito. It was spicy, flavorful, and loaded with beans, rice, and chicken. Very filling for sure! I love that I can cook it in the microwave. It’s convenient without sacrificing the flavor. Old El Paso also has enchiladas and fajitas in their frozen products. These need to be cooked on the stove or in the oven.
