This recipe literally takes only 5 minutes of your time. Let the crockpot do the rest!! For this easy yet delicious recipe, all you need is two things: chicken and salsa. I used one package of chicken breasts and mango peach salsa. You can use any salsa of your choice.

Put the chicken in the crockpot and put 16oz of salsa on top of it. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. If you want to get crazy, you can add spices and seasonings. I added cinnamon and paprika. It was magnificent!

My chicken was perfect after about 6.5 hours. Grab a fork and start pulling it apart. It practically falls apart if it’s good and done.

Mix it all up and it’s ready to serve! You can serve on a hamburger bun or a hoagie roll, or just eat it as is! This will definitely be a hit with your family. It’s also great for large parties because it’s so easy. This crockpot chicken turned out so full of flavor.
