Fruity Green Tea Smoothie

I love drinking shakes and smoothies right after a workout. It’s a great way to replenish nutrients after exercising. Organic matcha green tea gives you energy, boosts metabolism, and has 137 times the antioxidants of brewed tea because it contains the entire tea leaf. You can add a teaspoon to your favorite smoothie or use the recipe below.

Fruity Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 cup blueberries, raspberries or black berries – washed, frozen are OK
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup ice
1 tspĀ Matcha Green Tea Powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until consistency is smooth. Makes one 8 oz. drink.
