1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup salt
2 Tablespoons cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon marshmallow flavoring oil (optional)
Glitter – dark blue and light blue
Jewel embellishments (from any craft store)
Snowflake buttons or confetti

Directions
Whisk the flour, salt and cream of tartar in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a Dutch oven or medium saucepan, add the water, oil and marshmallow flavoring (optional). Stir to mix. Pour the dry ingredients into liquid and whisk until the dough is smooth and no longer lumpy.

Place the pan on the stovetop and over medium heat, stir constantly, until a stiff ball of dough forms. The dough will look like a lump of mashed potatoes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes or until it is soft and elastic. Enjoy the sweet smell of marshmallow as you work your fingers through the playdough.

Once the playdough has been kneaded, sprinkle both glitters on top and knead for an additional 1 minute to evenly distribute.

Add jeweled embellishments and snowflake buttons for an extra sparkle.
Store your winter glitter playdough in Ziplock bags or an airtight container for up to 1 month.
