Stitch Fix #14 Review + A $20 Gift Card Giveaway
My last fix was a bust, so my note to my stylist this month stated that I would like items off my Pinterest board. Britt styled me again this month. If you are not familiar with Stitch Fix, I strongly urge you to give it a try and check out my last Fix! It costs $20 per box, which covers the styling fee. You try on the clothes, keep the ones you like, return the ones you don’t. Pay for the items you keep and the $20 styling fee gets applied to that cost. Get 25% off if you buy all five items. Easy, right?! You can sign up here.
I thought for SURE I would be getting a pair of shoes in this fix, since Stitch Fix just announced they are offering shoes in boxes. Alas, that was not the case. I can’t help but “peek” when my fix ships, and I was excited about this box
RD Style Blair Cold Shoulder Pullover Sweater – $68 [RETURN]
Some things look better on the rack. This was one of those items. I had pinned a similar style shirt that looked relaxed and really comfy. It just fell on me the wrong way in all the wrong places. It was still very comfortable.
Like I said, I don’t think it is the exact shirt I pinned. This is a knit sweater. Here is a better picture of the fabric detail.
Market & Spruce Xander Short Sleeve Woven Back Sweatshirt – $54 [RETURN]
Casual in the front, dressy in the back? This shirt just confuses me. The rolled sweatshirt look is something I might sleep in, not wear in public. I love the mixed material concept, but this shirt is not for me.
Market & Spruce Bernadette Lace Overlay Raglan Top – $58 [KEEP]
This was my favorite shirt in this month’s fix! I love lace, even if a certain boy tells me I look like a doily. He can deal. I also love that this shirt is longer in the back, to partly cover my big ole butt.
Collective Concepts Fisher Button Down Blouse – $68 [RETURN]
I’m not sure about the pattern on this shirt, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the style. The way it’s pleated, if perfectly covers my stomach. It’s made to stick out a little, without making you look larger. The only problem was the fit across the chest. You can see it’s pulling a little.
Urban Expressions Elisha Zipper Accent Structured Satchel – $64 [RETURN]
This is probably the most popular Stitch Fix bag on Pinterest. For me, it was another case of “it looked better on the rack.” I love the color and the zipper details on the sides, and is definitely spacious inside. My kind of bag! But I just didn’t love it.
Maybe I will regret it later, but I sent it back. What do you think? Did I totally screw up on this one?
So that was my fix! What did you think?

Market & Spruce Bernadette Lace Overlay Raglan Top looked amazing on you. I've seen it in blue, also. I LOVE the Elisha bag, though.

I agree with you - would keep only the lace overlay blouse. Lately I've found cuter things at other stores so I've been postponing my next fix.

The Market and Spruce lace overlay top is definitely favorite! It is so cute on you too! I would have returned the bag but I'm not that big into bags. Hopefully you'll get shoes in your next fix!
