Stitch Fix #6 Review – August 2015

Stitch Fix #6 Review – August 2015

Stitch Fix Patterns

What is Stitch Fix? It’s pretty simple. Stitch Fix is a monthly subscription styling service. It costs $20 per box, which covers the styling fee. You try on the clothes, keep the ones you like, return the ones you don’t. Pay for the items you keep and the $20 styling fee gets applied to that cost. Easy, right?! You can sign up here.

When this box shows up on my doorstep, I want to bust out into a musical number and dance around.

Stitch Fix Box

Your Stitch Fix stylist includes a styling card to show how you can wear each item, and a personalized note just for you.

For this box, I requested tops that I could dress up or dress down. I had the same stylist, Brookelyn, that I have had for the last few boxes.

41Hawthorn Edwin Scarf Print Top – $58 [Return]

I absolutely love the cut of this top and it fit perfectly. It would look great under a blazer. However, I am not keen on this pattern, so I returned it.

Daniel Rainn Anders Heart Print Split Neck Blouse – $68 [Keep]

This was my favorite piece in this month’s Stitch Fix. Blue is just my color. It is pretty sheer, but comes with a built in tank! I love that! It is light and airy, perfect for hot summer days.

This shirt is so comfortable and fits perfectly!

Market & Spruce Sam Hi-Lo Short Sleeve Tee – $44 [Keep]

Call me crazy for spending more than $10 on a tee shirt, but this shirt is so comfy and I love how it is longer in the back. I also don’t have any green, which I should really fix because it goes great with my complexion.

Market & Spruce Memphis Lace Overlay Knit Shirt – $58 [Keep]

I’m a sucker for lace and anything I can wear to my country concerts this summer. This shirt is perfect for an outdoor concert!

Brixon Ivy Glenn Swiss Dot Panel Top – $58 [Return]

I became obsessed with touching this shirt. The feel of it was amazing. However, it is far too “see through” in the stomach region for this kind of shirt and I would not want to wear a tank under this kind of shirt. The dot panel sat oddly across my chest, which is larger than the panel. It just looked awkward on me.

This box was great and I kept three shirts that I absolutely love!

Great choices on the shirts you kept! That Sam hi lo is fantastic. I gave mine to my sister a while back and still miss it haha. I may have to pin that green one.
