Stitch Fix #16 Review + A $700 Gift Card Giveaway!!
If you are not familiar with Stitch Fix, I strongly urge you to give it a try and check out my last Fix! It costs $20 per box, which covers the styling fee. You try on the clothes, keep the ones you like, return the ones you don’t. Pay for the items you keep and the $20 styling fee gets applied to that cost. Get 25% off if you buy all five items. Easy, right?! You can sign up here.
For this fix, I requested short sleeve shirts. Stitch Fix also just started offering shoes and I have seen some really cute styles. I had a new stylist for me this month.
Lila Ryan Liara Straight Leg Jean – $98 [RETURN]
I have tried on different styles of white jeans lately. You can see them here and here. I’m determined to find a pair I love! These were almost the pair. I love the bootcut fit and that they are stretchy, but they were a little too tight.
Although I have to admit, my butt looks great.
Pixley Indianan Graphic Print Mixed Material Tee – $44 [RETURN]
If you follow my Stitch Fix posts, you know that I’m obsessed with the mixed material shirts. And gray seems to be my go-to color lately. I’m not usually one for geometric patterns, but I love all the colors of this shirt. I did not like how the sleeves bunched by my armpit, so I’m returning it.
41Hawthorn Carla Crochet Detail Blouse – $58 [RETURN]
I went back and forth on this shirt. I think green is a good color for me because of my green eyes and fair skin. Strangely, I don’t own any green. I must not love it. I do prefer a longer sleeve as well. The crochet design is cute, and doesn’t show too much skin. I think I am returning this one.
Papermoon Maula Cap Sleeve Knit Top – $48 [KEEP]
Normally I do not like the cap sleeve look as I prefer to cover my arms. But I can’t get over this beautiful print! I love it! I love the style of the shirt too. The material is light and very comfortable. I think it is flattering on me so I’m keeping it.
SeaVees Ocean Park Perforated Sneakers – $88 [RETURN]
Slip-ons are so comfortable. I always pack them when I go to visit my boyfriend because we walk around a lot. My last fix had a pair of shoes that I liked but did not fit. Yay, wide feet! This time, I was sent a size that fit. However, I’m not in love with this style or color for shoes.
Overall, it was obvious my stylist read my blog, viewed my Pinterest page, and read my note. While most pieces didn’t work out, I have some items on my “maybe later” list and one day I will fit into those jeans! I’m just looking at it as motivation.
So that was my fix! What did you think?
